The Brad D. Smith Foundation Hall’s intimate elopement experiences are designed for couples who value connection over extravagance. Set in a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere, each ceremony offers a meaningful way to celebrate the beginning of your next chapter.

Whether you exchange vows beneath the romantic columns of the rotunda, on the patio, or in our elegant conference center, your ceremony remains the heart of the day — a heartfelt promise shared with those closest to you.

Tier 1 | $495

An Intimate “Just Us” Celebration

Guest Count: Up to 5 guests (not including the couple)

Includes:

  • 30-minute ceremony
  • Choice of the staircase, patio or rotunda
  • Rain-or-shine ceremony location
  • One hour of photography with your chosen photographer

Couple Provides:

  • Officiant (in-house officiant available upon request)
  • Photographer

Tier 2 | $750

A Meaningful Gathering

Guest Count: Up to 10 guests

Includes:

  • Two-hour event
  • Ceremony and cake/cupcake reception
  • Choice of the staircase, patio, rotunda or mezzanine
  • On-site coordinator/porter
  • Foundation staff setup of tables and small décor items

Couple Provides:

  • Officiant (in-house officiant available upon request)
  • Photographer
  • Cake, cupcakes and beverages
  • Linens
  • Décor

Dessert and beverages must be provided and served by the couple or vendor.

Tier 3 | $1,295

A Celebration with Family and Friends

Guest Count: Up to 25 guests

Includes:

  • Three-hour event
  • Ceremony, photography, dining and cake-cutting time
  • Exclusive use of the Dr. Ronald G. Area Conference Center
  • Sweetheart table
  • Cake table
  • Five 72-inch round tables
  • Venue coordinator/porter on-site
  • Foundation-provided table setup

Couple Provides:

  • Officiant (in-house officiant available upon request)
  • Photographer
  • Catering and cake (drop-and-dash service)
  • Linens
  • Event cleanup
